3. Bush pressures EPA to reverse scientific consensus and strike CO2 from list of pollutants to be regulated, 
4. Exxon-Mobil & lobbyist friends fund junkets to 'educate' judges about global warming issues, 
5. GOP-appointed, Exxon-Mobil-fattened judges cast deciding vote to back EPA's CO2 decision against lawsuit by coalition of states & environmental groups.
