Will they listen?

In one of my previous posts, I mentioned that the Democrats were elected in November not because we particularly liked them, but for how we were hoping they'd undo the last six years of Presidential Tyranny.

Looks like I wasn't just speaking for myself, according to this article.

Folks, now's the time to speak up. There are already voices in this country calling for pulling US soldiers out of the meatgrinder that is Iraq, and there are voices calling for impeachment.

Now more than ever, get ahold of your representatives and let them know that we want the Chimp in Chief impeached, we want Cheney impeached, and we want our brothers, fathers, sons, daughters, and mothers out of Iraq and back home.

If you've been waiting for someone else to start this push (it's a scary thing in this day and age to express any sort of displeasure with the government, I know), well, the push has started. If you do nothing else this year, add your voice to the momentum, and let's get things right again.
