Bush Goes a'Whorin' for SMS in White House Map Room

According to the report, Goldfein even arranged for President Bush to videotape a testimonial in the White House Map Room that was included in the SMS contract proposal as a demonstration of the company's credibility and access."

Dissappointing, actually. I had come to expect that even Bush would hold out for something more than a little $50 million Air Force contract before prostituting himself in the White House for defense contractors.

Is it really going to be a matter of seeing how low we can go? When will someone in the DEMOCRATIC-LED CONGRESS grow a spine and start impeachment proceedings?

However, neither the National Security Council (NSC), NCTC, nor other executive branch departments have developed a comprehensive plan that includes all elements of national power—diplomatic, military, intelligence, development assistance, economic, and law enforcement support—called for by the various national security strategies and Congress."
